Dr. Terri Lally
Dr. Terri Lally received her bachelor's degree from John Hopkins University and her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency at Yale New Haven Hospital.
She joined Dover Pediatrics in 1990. Dr Lally is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her interests include adolescent gynecology and developmental pediatrics.
Dr. Rachel Laramee
Dr. Rachel Laramee, a New Hampshire native, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester, and her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina Children's Hospital. Dr. Laramee joined Dover Pediatrics in 1995. She is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her interests includes asthma, care for children and adolescents with special health care needs and adolescent gynecology.
Dr Laramee resides in Portsmouth, NH with her husband and two children. She enjoys skiing and running.
Dr. Ryan Johnson
Dr. Ryan Johnson, a New Hampshire Native, received his bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College. He then earned a master's degree in microbiology at the University of New Hampshire. He spent several years working in biotechnology before earning his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth. He joined Dover Pediatrics in 2011. Dr. Johnson is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
His interests include infectious disease. He is also the Medical Director for Zebra Crossings in Dover.
Dr. David Rich
Dr. Rich received his bachelor's degree at Swarthmore College and his master's degree and medical degrees at Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth on active duty with the US Navy. He joined Dover Pediatrics in 2012.
Dr. Rich is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His interests include newborn medicine and medical communication.
Dr. Rich resides in Dover with his wife and two children. His interests include golf, hiking, snowboarding and ultimate frisbee.
Dr. Emily Davie
Dr. Emily Davie grew up in Westwood, Massachusetts. She majored in biochemistry at Bates College in Maine before returning to the Boston area for a year of research. She then went to central Massachusetts for her medical studies at University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. Vermont was her next destination, and she did her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Vermont/Fletcher Allen Health Care. She joined Dover Pediatrics in July 2014, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Her outside interests include soccer, skiing (both downhill and cross country), hiking, biking, singing, and spending time with her husband, two children and their Labradoodle.
Rebecca Jacques, FNP-BC
Rebecca Jacques is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in the Dover community for 18 years.
She received both her BSN and MSN at the University of New Hampshire. She joined Dover Pediatrics in 2018. She is a member of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association and American Academy of Pediatrics. Her interests include allergies and emotional resilience in children of all ages.
She enjoys hiking, and gardening and spending time with her 2 children and 2 dogs.
Sarah Walsh, FNP-C
Sarah Walsh is a board certified nurse practitioner. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Northeastern University in 2011 and worked as a registered nurse for 8 years in both a pediatric emergency room and pediatric intensive care unit prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Sarah graduated with a Master's in nursing from the University of New Hampshire family nurse practitioner program and started working at Dover Pediatrics in 2019. She became a nurse practitioner because of her passion for preventative health in children of all ages, and has particular interest in working with adolescents.
Sarah resides in Portsmouth with her husband and rescue mutt Stella. In her free time she enjoys yoga, hiking, and skiing.
Melissa Pozner, APRN, CPNP-PC
A New Hampshire native, Melissa is a graduate of Boston College with a bachelor's degree in biology as well as a master's degree from the school in Nursing.
Additionally, while earning her degree she gained valuable nursing experience spending time in two highly acute settings — as a pediatric home healthcare RN as well as a Nurse at a pediatric autistic learning center.
After graduation, Melissa spent two years as an ARNP at a Wareham (MA) Pediatrics.
Ms. Pozner joined the staff of Dover Pediatrics in October 2023, and she and her family live and enjoy all the activities of the New Hampshire seacoast.
