As a medical home, Dover Pediatrics provides assistance to patients and their families for the following:
- Tertiary care referrals
- Local agency referrals
- School advocacy and support
- Parent and caregiver support
- State-supported care coordination through NH Special Medical Services and Maine Children with Special Health Care Needs Program.
